The Cycle Of Change

Life Coach Alex Hyde will explain the cycle of change concept and Understanding Relapse. Change is a journey, not a straight path. Whether you’re breaking a habit, cultivating a new one, or striving for personal growth, the process is rarely linear. At the heart of this journey lies the cycle of change - a concept that recognises change as an ongoing process, complete with challenges, progress, and setbacks. Free/pay as you can tickets.

What It Is, and What It Isn't.

Why? After 12 months of abstinence, and 30 plus years of being a drinker, I have questions to ask, and experience to share of the both good and bad aspects of quitting booze. Living in a community, and a society where drinking is so prevalent and ever present, I want to see if my experience chimes/resonates or not. What It Is * A discussion about people’s relationship with alcohol, for those either considering a booze free life, or those who have gone booze free, temporarily or permanently. * A chance to discuss experiences, and explore why people are considering quitting, or have already chosen to. * A non-judgemental, informal group, with a chance to connect with people, should they wish. What It Isn’t * An alternative to AA, or to persuade or dissuade people to give up or continue drinking. * Medical - I’m not a physician. * Counselling or therapy. Free/pay as you can tickets
